Corporate Fashion Design for BLS: A Strong Brand Identity with an Individual Touch
Milani developed a new corporate fashion collection for BLS and supported the project from concept through implementation. The collection creates a distinctive, modern BLS look that sets the company apart from other public transportation providers, while combining functionality, comfort, and flexible styling options.
Challenge: Customized Workwear for Different Needs
With employees interacting with customers every day, workwear plays an important role for BLS. Employees are ambassadors for the company and give the BLS brand a human face. BLS was looking for an individual corporate fashion collection that would create a consistent brand presence while addressing the different needs of its employees.
From ship captains to train attendants, employees needed the flexibility to dress according to their roles and preferences. The collection was therefore put together with employees and tailored to their specific needs.
Approach: A Flexible Collection with a Distinct BLS Identity
Milani translated the distinctive BLS identity into the new uniforms and designed the accompanying accessories. The distinctive design sets the BLS collection apart from the workwear of other public transportation providers. Sporty, elegant, and highly versatile, the collection uses signature BLS green accents to create a fresh and recognizable look. At the same time, Milani focused on functionality and comfort to meet the different demands of employees’ day-to-day work.
Result: A Distinctive Look with Individual Styling Options
The new corporate fashion collection strengthens the BLS brand presence and creates a consistent appearance across different roles and areas of work. At the same time, employees can combine individual pieces according to their role and personal preferences.
Sustainability was also taken into consideration. The workwear is produced in Europe, and the fabrics used are tested according to environmental criteria. The modern, timeless design supports long-term use.
