CARAG develops innovations and engineering solutions for the medical sector, and its high-tech products are used in advanced medicine worldwide. CARAG sees itself as a service provider for inventors and medical technology companies, but also successfully markets its own products.

For many years, Milani has been CARAG's design partner for numerous medical products. One example is a surgical access for minimally invasive procedures such as stent implantation. Numerous other products in cooperation with Milani are in development and cannot be published for legal reasons.
