A leading mobility and capital goods company wanted to turn a new concept in "autonomous vehicles" into a tangible product.
The goal was to create a functional, tangible, and credible version of the product to quickly gather user feedback and drive development based on that insight.
Transformation into an attractive autonomous test vehicle
Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, Milani developed a product vision in line with the company's brand and transformed the rough concept of an autonomous vehicle into an attractive and credible test vehicle. The task was to translate the technology developed by the company into a user-friendly, modern design, while at the same time developing initial approaches to usability and interaction flows for testing with users.
In addition, Milani coordinated the implementation in close cooperation with the engineering partner and the model builder to ensure cost-effective production of a small series.
