Product development with the 55+ target group in mind
By expanding its service portfolio with the development of real estate products, Implenia is strengthening its strategic positioning as an integrated real estate and construction services provider.
As the majority of current market solutions don’t reflect how the 55+ target group perceives itself, Implenia wanted to design a real estate product optimized for the lifestyle, comfort and health of people in this phase of their lives.
To achieve this, Milani conducted trend, market and customer analyses and consulted leading experts from various fields. Findings from aging research, consumer psychology and environmental psychology were incorporated into the product’s development.
Co-creation with residents and investors
Working closely with Implenia, Milani translated the findings of these analyses into product concepts, developed them further in co-creation processes with potential residents and investors, and sharpened the performance requirements.
Implenia is currently in the design phase that turns the product concept into a complete, standardized and configurable product that can be developed as a timber construction and replicated at various locations.
