As a Swiss market leader in mirror cabinets and illuminated mirrors, the Schneider brand has stood for Swiss-made, high-quality, durable and timeless products for over 60 years.
The focus of the project with Milani was on emerging market trends and the current and future needs of various stakeholders - from architects to sanitation engineers to end customers. The interdisciplinary sprint team, with targeted management involvement, identified short, medium and long-term opportunities, developed a sales strategy and derived a roadmap with specific packages of measures for various markets.
The key success factor was that the Executive Board and the Board of Directors were closely involved in the process. This made it possible to align measures with the corporate strategy/vision and to speed up the decision-making process.
